Marriage Essentials Seminars is designed to help couples with the essentials of marriage. This is not a Seminar that is geared to "fix" marriages. If your marriage is in crisis, then we suggest that you seek out a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist to help you address such issues. Many couples, given the right tools, can make the necessary adjustment within their marriage. Marriage Essentials offers just that – tools. The topics that are covered at these Seminars are Communication, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Personality Profiling, and Reflective Listening. Included within these presentations are issues related to the Family Life Cycle.
For the Community or other Organization
Although a church, group of churches, or Para-church organizations (as is often the case) may sponsor the community-based Seminar the presentation itself will not contain any material that is religiously insensitive to those who do not come from a Christian perspective.
For the Faith Based Community
The Church-Based seminar is specifically focused on what it means to see marriage from God’s perspective. The focus will be on how God expects each individual within the marriage relationship, to reflect HIS power to make a difference in a highly secular and fragmented culture. The Faith-based seminar may be limited to a single church, or may be offered for several churches collaborating. This Seminar can be tailored to fit within an already scheduled event where selected topics are presented or to be totally independent of other events.
